JTC designs and builds automatic water level controllers in Bangladesh — from single-motor units for a home rooftop tank to multi-motor systems for commercial buildings.
A water level controller has one job: run the pump when the tank needs water, and stop it when it does not. Doing that reliably here means handling what a simple float switch cannot — a WASA supply line that runs dry without warning, mains voltage that sags and spikes, and buildings that draw from both a city line and a deep tubewell into an underground tank before lifting water to the roof.
Every JTC controller protects the motor from running dry, stops it before a tank overflows, and cuts out when mains voltage falls outside the range you set. The newer models go further: they learn how long each quarter of your tank normally takes to fill and drain, so they can flag a run that is taking too long — a weakening pump, a failed foot valve, a leaking pipe — even when the level sensors themselves are still reading correctly.
The range runs from a single-motor controller for one rooftop tank up to a five-motor system managing three tanks with separate WASA, deep tubewell, booster and backwash pumps. Every model ships with a full manual, in Bangla or English, and you can download them from this site at any time.
