AI That Learns Your Tank
The 2306Ai times how long each 25% fill and drain step takes and learns it over repeated cycles. If a motor runs 1.5× longer than its learned fill time without the tank reaching the OFF level, it stops the pump and shows an alert — catching a weakening pump, failed foot valve, or leaking pipe even when the water-level sensors themselves still read correctly.

Dry-Run Protection
Stops the motor if the underground tank runs empty. Configurable detection and retry timers prevent pump damage.
Voltage Protection
Independently configurable low and high voltage cutoffs with 100-sample peak-detect measurement against an internal 1.1 V reference.
Max Run-Time Cutoff
Configurable continuous run-time limit stops the motor even if every sensor still reads correctly — a last-resort safety net.
Live Sensor Test
Dedicated test mode shows raw state of every OHT and UGT sensor plus current AC voltage and relay state — without running the motor.
6-Page Report Mode
Total run minutes, start/stop cycles, kWh and estimated electricity bill, current mode and AI status, plus learned fill/max-run timings.
What happens if the sensors fail?
The AI Auto Cut-Off acts as a backup: if the pump runs 1.5× longer than the learned fill time without the tank reaching the OFF level, the controller stops the motor and shows an alert. The max run-time cutoff provides an additional hardware-independent safety net.
Does the AI need time to learn?
Yes. The controller times each 25% fill and drain step and builds a weighted rolling average over repeated cycles. It stays silent on any stage it has not learned yet — it will not raise false alarms on a new installation. Learned data can be cleared after a pump or pipe replacement.
Can I use it without an underground tank sensor?
Yes. The underground tank sensor input is optional. When disabled, those same pins can be configured as a water-flow detection input instead.
What is the programmable Motor Timer for?
In Semi-Auto mode you can set a timed run between 5 and 240 minutes in 5-minute steps. The motor runs for the set duration then stops automatically.
