The WASA motor lifts water from the city supply line into your underground tank when the line has water. The Regular motor lifts water from the underground tank up to the rooftop overhead tank whenever the level drops to the set point. Both motors are protected from dry-running and bad voltage throughout.

If a motor runs 25% past its learned fill time without reaching the OFF level, it flags a likely failed sensor on the display — while keeping the motor running on its other safety rules.
